The POSH / Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The Committee is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and dignified working and learning environment for women.
It provides a confidential and impartial mechanism for the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment, thereby promoting a culture of respect, equality, and professionalism within the institution.
